The BG 180 and 220
are two-part polyamide enclosures consisting of a top part, with
or without a display cut-out, and a bottom part, complete with
enclosure hardware and board mounting screws. These enclosures
feature a tongue-and-groove sealing system with an integrated
Neoprene gasket. The top portion of the enclosure has a recessed
area for membrane keypads, internal mounting bosses for
boards in the shaft section, mounting grooves for attaching
various display components in the head section. Internal
mounting bosses are molded into the bottom portion. The spacious
interior of these enclosures can accommodate a variety of PC
boards and other electro-mechanical components.
Open versions, with display cut-outs,
come complete with punched seal and display screen. The BG 180
has display cut-out dimensions of 65 x 42 mm and maximum board
mounting dimensions of approximately 80 x 54 mm. The BG 220
display cut-out dimensions are 78 x 49 mm, with maximum board
mounting dimensions of about 86 x 70.5 mm.
Accessories include: hook set, with or
without magnet; variable display mounting kit; hand strap;
and cable glands.
